In 2001, after working at an international staffing firm for over three years, Judy Leach was tired of the impersonal and hasty style of recruitment she was representing. The experiences she encountered gave her the motivation to start a business of her own where candidates were given the most attention possible and every client was top priority.
During the last thirteen years J&K Professional Services has successfully built strong relationships with diversified clients in Education, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Administrative, Gaming and the Federal Government. Michelle Sears has been working with J & K Professional Services since 2008 where she started as a Recruiting Specialist. During her time at J & K, she specialized in recruiting for the fields of Human Resources, Engineering and Sales.  Now as a Recruitment Manager Michelle is responsible for Client Relations, Account Management, Permanent Placements and management of J & K ‘s recruiting staff.   Michelle is a Temple University Alumni with a degree in Journalism.

Meghan Fenningham has been employed at J&K since July 2009. She comes from an IT Recruiting background in California and worked her first year at J & K Professional Services as a Recruiting Specialist for all Information Technology. Meghan is now the Corporate Secretary/Human Resource Manager and is responsible for all Human Resource Functions. Meghan has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Kutztown University and is currently enrolled at Villanova University for her Master’s in Human Resource Development

Kristin joins J&K as our Consultant. Her expertise is in conducting , writing and reviewing all candidate reference information.  Kristin has her undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and  Master’s from St. Joseph’s University, Pennsylvania.
